Der französisch-venezulanischstämmige, in Frankreich aufgewachsene Tidiane Brusson - besser bekannt unter den Pseudonymen HYPER OPAL und neuerdings STACY.O - zog vor einigen Jahren nach Berlin. Die Hauptstadt nicht nur des Bundeslandes, sondern auch der elektronischen Musik, deren Kultur und Bekanntheit zum Markenzeichen der Identität der Stadt geworden sind, hat es dem Künstler ermöglicht, seinen eigenen unverwechselbaren Stil zu entwickeln. Zunächst intim, luftig und geheimnisvoll mit Marie Hoffmann durch HYPER OPAL, ging er dann zu etwas mehr Organischem und gleichzeitig sehr Rohem und Mineralischem über. Nach einem bemerkenswerten Debüt mit diesem neuen Projekt, Tourneen durch Europa, vor allem Osteuropa, verschiedenen Kollaborationen, veröffentlichte er 2022 seine erste EP "They Collide" auf Blizzard Audio Club.

Of Franco-Venezuelan origin, he grew up in France, Tidiane Brusson - better known under the aliases HYPER OPAL and more recently STACY.O - moved to Berlin several years ago.
